The role involves proactive sales support and CRM management.
Requirements
- Must-Have Qualifications
- Located in El Salvador (this is a requirement)
- Strong understanding of telecom services (VoIP, SD-WAN, MPLS, SIP, etc.)
- Proven experience in sales support, quoting, or order management within the telecom industry
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English
