AG-Safety & Compliance Manager

Airgas is hiring an Area Safety Manager to support Airgas Dry Ice in the northeast region. The incumbent will shepherd and guide the safety programs for designated branches and production facilities, fostering a safety culture through fresh ideas and excellent practices.

Requirements

• Associates degree or High School diploma with formal technical training
• Minimum 2 years experience training in manufacturing setting delivering training materials to groups and fostering understanding of safety protocols
• Thorough understanding of DOT and OSHA rules and regulations
• High emotional intelligence as a relationship-builder with a talent for building alignment from frontline teams to executive leadership
