Branch Manager

Airgas is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee daily store operations, achieve sales and margin goals, and foster a team-oriented culture. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of leadership experience, excellent organizational skills, and a natural ability to build connections with diverse groups of people.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial capacity, preferably in a similar industry (retail industrial sales)
• Excellent organizational flow and detail-orientation, with the ability to work productively in a fast-paced environment
• A natural ability to foster a team-oriented culture and build meaningful connections with a diverse group of people
