Job Description
Airgas is hiring a Diesel Mechanic in Mebane, NC. The role involves maintaining, repairing, and overhauling diesel tractors and specialized systems to ensure equipment meets DOT standards and safety protocols. The ideal candidate has 1+ year of automotive maintenance/mechanical experience and is knowledgeable in gasoline engine mechanics and preventative maintenance.
Requirements
- 1+ year of automotive maintenance/mechanical experience
- Experience with a variety of basic hand, power tools, and equipment
- Valid Driver's License (non-CDL)
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), two years technical college or military technical experience
