Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience (ideally 7+ years in a relevant field)
- A demonstrated history of advancing sustainable sales success and profitable growth
- A proven history of increasing responsibility in a business-to-business sales-related or sales operations position
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building alignment and staying organized
- Comfortable with Microsoft solutions, particularly Excel and Word, and experienced in data entry and order extraction
- Numerical proficiency for practical business applications and analytical reporting
- Resilience and adaptability to work independently and maintain focus in a dynamic environment
- The ability to foster understanding while interacting with diverse teams and personalities
- Deeply comfortable with business and accounting concepts including, but not limited to, Return on Investment (ROI), Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, balance sheets, interest and leasing calculations, and margin responsibilities
- Physical capability to lift 25-75 lbs. as needed to support operations
- A valid driver’s license and an insured personal vehicle
- Comfortable working in a drug-free environment
