Lead Production Operator

Airgas is hiring a Lead Production Operator in Brush Prairie, WA. The job involves guiding production operators, ensuring safety and efficiency, and following regulations. Required qualifications include 5+ years of industry experience, proficiency in gas filling, and forklift operation. The hourly base pay is $28-$31/hr.

Requirements

• Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment and operate in a drug-free workplace.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of five years’ industry related experience and/or training.
• Must be proficient in filling all gases.
• Must be proficient in operation of forklift and maintain appropriate forklift certifications.
• Ability to work independently and under some pressure to meet deadlines.
• Demonstrates a clear and effective speaking manner for the purpose of explaining information to customers and employees.
