The Maintenance Technician repairs and maintains facility, machinery, buildings, and equipment used in compressing and liquefying gasses. The role involves high voltage electrical equipment, compressors, pumps, motors, and valves, with a focus on cryogenic process equipment and maintaining compliance with FDA, Safecor, and DOT regulations.
Requirements
- Contributing to the maintenance of high voltage electrical equipment, compressors, pumps, motors, and valves.
- Supporting the care of cryogenic process equipment, including pump maintenance, valve repair, and hose replacement.
- Participating in basic low voltage electrical system maintenance, as well as process control loop and readout calibrations.
- Collaborating on transmitter calibrations and replacements to ensure system accuracy.
- Diligently completing Preventative Maintenance tasks and documenting progress within the CMMS system to support team transparency.
