Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical certification in industrial operations preferred
- Previous experience in plant operations, industrial maintenance, or a related field preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols
- Ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently
