Plant Operator

We are looking for a Plant Operator in Evansville, IN to contribute to the team through core activities such as loading and unloading cylinders, inspecting valves, and painting cylinders in accordance with SOP for color and type of gas. The ideal candidate will have the ability to perform very heavy work, read and comprehend Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), and safely drive a forklift.

Requirements

• Ability to perform very heavy work – routinely lift 25 – 75 lbs., and occasionally lift 76 to greater than 100 lbs
• Ability to perform work during prolonged standing up to 8 hours; frequent bending, stooping, crouching, reaching, grasping, feeling and repetitive motion also required
• Ability to read and comprehend Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)
• Must be able to safely drive a forklift
