Plant Operator

Airgas is hiring a Plant Operator in Waukesha, WI. The role involves operating equipment for gas production and handling, as well as supporting the team in maintaining a safe and organized workflow. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing operations and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience in manufacturing operation, filling or loading experience a plus
• Familiarity with gas, welding, and safety supply industry or chemical industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to read and comprehend material safety data sheets
• Ability to safely operate a forklift
• Physical dexterity to navigate the plant floor
• Regularly utilizes physical coordination to stand, bend, stoop, reach, and grasp
• Capacity to regularly lift and/or move up to 60 pounds
