AirOps is a fast-growing startup building an end-to-end content engineering platform for the AI era. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll build AI workflows for internal and customer-facing productization, partner with cross-functional teams, and improve internal and customer-facing processes.
Requirements
- 2 to 6 years in Growth, BizOps, Product, Technical Account Management, Analytics, Solutions Engineering, or a similar role at a high-growth startup
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI techniques including prompt engineering and retrieval
- Experience automating processes with workflow automation tools such as Zapier
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of using data to inform decisions
- Excellent project management skills and proficiency with tools like Linear, Airtable, or Asana
