Job Description
AirOps is hiring a Platform Engineer to design and ship the deployment pipeline, health checks, alerting, and developer tooling for the company's engineering org. The role involves building the foundation for the platform engineering function from scratch, with a focus on eliminating deployment toil and improving reliability.
Requirements
- 5+ years building and improving CI/CD pipelines
- Production AWS experience with ECS, RDS, and related services
- Startup and larger-scale experience
- Track record of eliminating deployment toil
- Opinions about developer productivity backed by action
- Solid fundamentals in database operations and security practices
- Hands-on use of agentic coding tools
