Airrack is a tight-knit team that creates ambitious YouTube videos. We're looking for an experienced producer to work on full productions from concept to delivery.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a producer, preferably in YouTube, digital content, or fast-paced unscripted production
• Strong creative judgment and the operational discipline to back it up
• Ability to make high-stakes calls quickly with limited information
• Humble, collaborative, and genuinely great to work with
