Aesthetic Sales Consultant - Chicago Area

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Aesthetic Sales Consultant to work between the Chicago and Deerfield Practices. The Consultant will meet or exceed monthly sales goals and achieve required metrics for patient satisfaction, and will utilize consultative selling techniques to connect with clients, understand their needs, and recommend suitable medical aesthetic services.

Requirements

• 5 years of consultative sales experience, preferably in medical aesthetics or high-end luxury services
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect quickly with clients on a personal level
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
• Experience using a CRM tool
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Ability to work weekends as required by business needs
