Senior Contracts Manager

We are seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to provide leadership, guidance and advice to support the project delivery teams in all aspects of commercial and contract issues across the entire lifecycle of our data centre developments in Johor Bahru.

Requirements

• Relevant Degree in Law, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering or similar
• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction industry and/or not less than 10 years of experience in construction contract and claim management
• Strong understanding of contract management and administration with a sound understanding of contract law
• Strong communication, negotiation, contract drafting and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively to problem-solve and bring matters to a close
• Authentic and genuine personality who can build strong relationships with diverse personalities around the world
• Strong influencing skills with a history of demonstrated business partnering to achieve broader business goals is critical to success in this role
• Demonstrable leadership and problem-solving skills
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and exposure to online collaboration tools
