Requirements

• Manage and develop office space and design office space
• Draw blueprints, Perspective, 3D, until the end of the design process
• Calculate the quantity of work / evaluate prices and check Bill of quantity (BOQ)
• Understand the details of improving space
• Control quality, track and coordinate work
• Solve problems at work to meet the planned plan
• Manage and develop the workplace in the process of improving
• Allocate space as much as possible to match the structure of the company
• Create Space Management data of the office
• Coordinate with the building department and related personnel
• Coordinate with the HR department and users
