Job Description
Become a part of Thailand’s no.1 Digital Service Provider and help people fulfill their dreams by joining our young talent team as an Engineering Specialist / IT Specialist (Cloud Business Development).
Requirements
- Technical consult and solution design for customer, including Cloud, CyberSec, ICT and IoT services.
- Prepare and Optimize Project investment cost
- Coordinate with Operation team to deliver and maintenance the design solution to customer
- Coordinate with supplier to explore new potential technology
- EDS and CCII technical & Service knowledge sharing
- Work closely with Strategic Key Account Customer/AM to develop account plan relating to Customer’s business roadmap.
- Design total solution to meet customer’s need. Provide professional advice as one stop to existing and new potential customers.
- To supervise End to End Service Delivery including Implementation, UAT and Aftersales to meet customers’ satisfaction by Coordinating with Back Office Team.
- To be Single Point of Technical Expert.
- Engage with Product team to feedback customer’s requirement and suggestion for future development/improvement.
