• Re-imagine AIS’s ecosystem vision, develop business strategy, and crystalize it into a 3-5 years roadmap
• Lead and enable new market initiatives with external partners
• Work closely with c-level execs and top team to define expectations and lead and influence cross-functional areas
• Propose and promote a proper working team setup for organization, business program or project
• Anticipate and respond to potential problems and make strategic recommendation
• Mentor business partners or business units and help manage their projects
