Requirements

• Gathering requirements from CTO such as NOC, Network Engineering, Network Planning & Implement and Business teams.
• Analyze current OSS workflows and propose system improvements.
• Prepare SRS/FS and design workflows, data models, and APIs/interfaces.
• Create Signoff Requirement Document
• Coordinate with developers, QA, and vendors for system development and integration.
• Support SIT/UAT, validate system behavior, and ensure proper production rollout.
• Troubleshoot system issues related to alarms, KPIs, inventory data, and network feeds.
• Manage resource for development team
