We are seeking a Sourcing and Talent Acquisition Manager to join our young talent team in Bangkok. The successful candidate will define and manage talent acquisition and sourcing processes to attract and retain high-potential top talent in line with business needs and organizational growth.
Requirements
- Define and execute talent acquisition strategies in line with organizational objectives.
- Manage the Talent Acquisition team and develop team members' potential.
- Work proactively to build Candidate Pipelines for critical and strategic positions.
- Utilize various channels such as Social Media, Job Portal, Networking, and Headhunting to find suitable candidates.
- Develop and drive Employer Branding Campaigns to enhance the attractive image to attract applicants.
- Define and improve recruitment processes for efficiency and candidate experience.
- Work with Line Managers and HRBPs to determine JD, Job Profile, and Selection Criteria.
- Manage interviews and selection with suitable methods (Competency-based, Assessment Tools).
- Analyze recruitment data (Recruitment Metrics, Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Quality of Hire).
