Segment Sales Manager - Smart Infrastructure

We are seeking a dynamic Segment Sales Manager to lead sales in the Smart Infrastructure segment, covering Data Centers, Airports, Smart Cities, Transportation, and Large commercial facilities. The role focuses on delivering integrated solutions from Industrial Automation, Software, and Digital Energy divisions to create highly efficient, secure, and sustainable infrastructure projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of sales experience in Infrastructure, Building Technology, or Data Center sectors.
• Familiarity with BMS, DCIM, and low/medium voltage electrical distribution systems.
• Proven ability to engage multiple stakeholders, including consultants, main contractors, and end-users.
• Strong solution-selling skills and ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
