
Job description
The Electrical Controls Engineer is responsible for designing and implementing electrical and control systems for new equipment, as well as upgrading existing equipment. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues, working with electrical technicians, and leading the installation and testing of equipment.
Perform electrical design calculations, design electrical panels, prepare engineering design reports, and work with outside vendors on equipment improvement projects.
This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with electrical distribution and control systems, and be proficient in AutoCad Electrical and MS Office.
