Controls Lead, Automation Integration

The Controls Lead for Automation Integration coordinates the shop required technological activities from initial planning thru the electrical build execution phase to pre commissioning the equipment for Software start up.

Requirements

• Five years of Controls technical experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Work Authorization/Security Clearance Requirements: This position may require a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
• Relies on personal experience to understand and plan work to accomplish goals.
• Motivated with strong interpersonal skills, a proactive work ethic, excellent oral/written communication.
• Ability to define problems, collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Can multitask and manage multiple large and small projects in a cross functional environment.
• Give specific, actionable expectations to staff and provides feedback and advice to ensure continuous improvement and development of individuals.
