Job Description
AITHERAS LLC is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Scanning Technician to assist with the preparation, organization, scanning, and handling of physical documents. The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in accuracy and neatness, works well with structured processes, and can stay focused while handling large volumes of paperwork.
Requirements
- Prepare physical documents for scanning by removing staples, paper clips, binder clips, and other fasteners
- Maintain the correct order and integrity of files throughout the preparation and scanning process
- Perform basic clerical and administrative support tasks related to document handling
