Technical Lead, Cloud

Aiven is seeking a Technical Lead, Cloud to own the technical execution of their new cloud product. The role involves designing and implementing the technical architecture, leading a high-performance team, and ensuring the product meets rigorous security and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Principal-level engineer with experience in building and shipping complex infrastructure products
• Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and open-source technologies
• Excellent taste and conviction on how modern cloud infrastructure should be built
• Ability to operate in an early product environment like a founder
• Experience with bare metal orchestration, storage systems, or European infrastructure providers is a strong plus
