Certified Diabetes Educator

Aizer Health is seeking a Certified Diabetes Educator to join our Women's Health Department. As a key member of our team, you will provide comprehensive diabetes education and counseling to pregnant patients, collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans.

Requirements

• Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) or eligibility to sit for the exam
• Experience counseling for and managing gestational diabetes within an MFM department and/or an Endocrine practice
• Strong knowledge of diabetes self-management practices and patient education techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for patient-centered care
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
