Job Description
Aizer Health is seeking a FT/PT LPN to join their Acute Care Department. This role focuses on providing patient-centered care, conducting thorough exams, and facilitating coordinated care plans. The team emphasizes compassion, innovation, and a relationship-based approach to healthcare.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited school of Licensed Practical Nursing
- Licensed/Registered in New York State as an LPN
- CPR Certification
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology
