Job Description
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Aizer Health. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing patient-centered care, empowering patient wellness, facilitating coordination and communication, and maintaining clinical standards.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited school of Licensed Practical Nursing
- Licensed/Registered in New York State as an LPN
- CPR Certification
- Strong communication skills
