Head of Engineering/Engineering Manager - BE

You will be the primary steward of Ajaib’s technical resilience, bridging the gap between business objectives and system design, ensuring infrastructure scales ahead of user base.

Requirements

• Tech-native leader with experience in large-scale distributed environments
• Authoritative knowledge of modern system design and distributed state management
• Well-versed in event-driven architectures (Kafka/RabbitMQ) and complex asynchronous workflows
• 8+ years in software engineering with 3+ years managing multiple teams in a high-concurrency environment
• Proven experience building and scaling engineering organizations of 30-60+ people
