Lead Product Manager - Growth and Platform

Ajaib is seeking a Lead Product Manager for Growth, Onboarding, Auth, and Rewards. The role involves driving product strategies, working with cross-functional teams, and enhancing user acquisition, onboarding journeys, authentication processes, and customer rewards systems.

Requirements

• Min 7 years of experience of proven track record of successfully launching and managing products from concept to commercialization
• Strong product management, strategic planning, and team leadership skills
• Experience with user acquisition, onboarding strategies, and customer engagement solutions
• Knowledge of authentication, rewards frameworks, and promotion management
• Proven ability to analyse performance metrics and leverage insights for growth
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Prior experience in the fintech or investment industry is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
