Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative management role with team management of 5 people
- In-depth experience in developing, improving and optimizing administrative processes
- Experience in managing infrastructure projects
- High level of analytical skills
- Deep understanding of technical support and coordination of service contractors
- Confident use of Google Workspace
- Knowledge of budgeting, procurement and contract management
- Knowledge of project management tools (desirable)
- Intermediate level of English language proficiency (desirable)
