QA Team Lead

Ajax Systems is a global technological company that produces security systems. We are looking for a QA Team Lead for the Core & Cloud and Prod Tools teams in the Automation Department. The team leader will help build quality processes and ensure the reliability, stability, and convenience of our products.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software testing
• 2+ years of experience in managing QA teams
• Strong technical background - technical education
• Deep knowledge and understanding of testing theory
• Experience in building, organizing, and improving QA processes
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Experience with automated testing with integration into CI/CD pipelines
• Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams
• Intermediate+ level English proficiency
