Requirements

• Higher technical education
• Work experience of at least 3 years in quality management
• Ability to read technical documentation and drawings in a foreign language
• Confident user of MS Office (Excel at the level of complex formulas/reports)
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards (IATF 16949 will be a plus)
• Intermediate or higher level of English (ability to communicate with foreign suppliers)
• High communication skills, systematic decision-making, and attention to detail
• Knowledge of quality tools, such as 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, APQP, or PPAP
• Willingness to travel
