Requirements
- Technical support for internal users: consultations, issue resolution, assistance in resolving technical issues.
- Onboarding new users: conducting training, providing instructions, supervising new users at all stages.
- Creation and update of documentation: writing user manuals, guidelines, FAQs, and other supporting materials.
- Collection and analysis of feedback: studying user needs and forming recommendations for improvement.
