Talent Sourcer (Business Unit)

Requirements

• Readiness to work from the office full-time in Kyiv
• Experience working in a recruitment team for at least half a year as a recruiter or sourcer
• High level of written communication
• Understanding of the strengths of the vacancy and ability to present them to candidates
• Oriented towards results and able to work with large volumes of candidates
• Stress tolerance and perseverance
• Skills in working with sourcing tools, including plugins, automation systems, and analytics
• Interest in working with vacancies in various departments
• Experience working with ATS (Lever) a plus
