Tech Lead Embedded Linux

Ajax Systems is an international technology company looking for a Tech Lead Embedded Linux to lead the development of embedded solutions on ARM platforms and oversee the integration of SDK/BSP with application-level implementation. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in embedded development and at least 5 years of experience in a Senior or Technical Lead role. They will be responsible for technical leadership, development, and coordination of software architecture with hardware limitations and requirements.

Requirements

• Technical leadership in the development of embedded solutions on ARM platforms
• Leading development at the kernel and low-level integration levels
• Ensuring integration of SDK/BSP with application-level implementation
• Coordinating software architecture with hardware limitations and requirements
• Organizing cause-finding processes, performance optimization, and system diagnostics
• Interaction with Hardware, Mechanical, QA, Video System, Production teams
• Interaction with technical support of solution providers
• Supporting product life cycles
• Implementing and supporting development standards, review processes, and quality assurance practices
• Managing technical risks of embedded solutions and defining strategies to minimize them
• Developing and mentoring team developers
