Job Description
The Operational Excellence Specialist will drive efficiency, consistency, and performance across AJW’s global aviation operations by improving processes and embedding scalable ways of working. The role plays a key part in delivering smarter, more efficient operations supporting AJW’s mission to transform aviation efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or similar roles
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Experience working in aviation, supply chain, logistics, or technical environments
- Ability to map and improve processes (Lean or similar methodologies)
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience using data tools (Excel or similar)
- Experience in aviation or MRO environments
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement frameworks
- Exposure to automation or digital transformation initiatives
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Quantum, AMOS)
