Job Description
A Quality Manager is required to lead regulatory compliance and quality oversight within AJW’s Sofia operation, ensuring all activities meet aviation regulatory standards and driving a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Strong experience in aviation quality or compliance within an MRO, airline, or aviation supply chain environment
- In-depth knowledge of EASA regulations (e.g. Part-145, Part-21, Part-M/CAMO as relevant)
- Proven experience managing audits and regulatory inspections
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
