Requirements
- Develop visually compelling design solutions across multiple campaigns and clients
- Collaborate with Creative Directors and Art Directors to bring campaign concepts to life
- Design assets across digital, social, print, experiential, and motion platforms
- Contribute creative ideas and support concept development during brainstorms
- Partner with cross-functional teams including strategy, media, client services, and production
- Prepare organized, production-ready files while maintaining brand consistency and quality
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing priorities, deadlines, and feedback
