Requirements
- 6 - 8 years of experience in performance or digital marketing, ideally within an agency setting
- Proven track record managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn. DV360 a plus
- Deep understanding of key performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, etc.) and optimization levers
- Deep expertise in paid social and paid search. Experience in programmatic and CRM channels a plus
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort using tools like Google Analytics, Looker, or Tableau
- Exceptional communication skills and able to present strategy and performance clearly and confidently
- Strategic thinker who thrives on connecting data insights with creative storytelling
- Highly organized multitasker who can manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative, proactive, and passionate about culture, live experiences, and audience engagement
- Experience leading client relationships and influencing decision-makers with data-backed recommendations
