The role involves minor and major repairs, preventative maintenance, and responding to emergencies. The successful candidate will possess strong communication and time management skills, with three plus years of experience in building and mechanical maintenance repair.

Requirements

• Three plus years of experience in building and mechanical maintenance repair, or an acceptable equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Familiar with building systems
• Excellent problem solving
• Ownership of responsibilities, able to anticipate and address issues in emergency situations
• Great communication skills, able to interact with tenants, people focused, positive and stay professional
