Job Description
We are seeking a Residential Property Manager for our office in Montreal to manage buildings efficiently, maintain resident and staff relationships, and handle tenant concerns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, accounting or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in property management
- Bilingual in English and French
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and task management
- Knowledge of the Landlord and Tenant Board and landlord/tenant relations
- Understanding of building systems
- Experience in managing a team of technicians
