Akelius is seeking a superintendent to clean and maintain a portfolio of residential properties in Ottawa. The successful candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, coupled with a desire to provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills
• Three-plus years of combined experience in cleaning requirements, building and mechanical maintenance repair, and customer service knowledge in electricity, plumbing, HVAC
• Valid driver's license and access to vehicle
• Clean driving records and background checks
