Job Description
Akerman is seeking a Commercial Transactional Real Estate Paralegal to support the Real Estate Practice Group in its New York Office. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in commercial real estate paralegal work with a focus on lender-side transactions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of commercial real estate paralegal experience
- Experience with lender-side transactions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
