Job Description
Construction Project Manager needed to support complex, nationwide vertical design and construction initiatives for Indian Affairs (IA) facilities. The role requires advanced technical knowledge and program management expertise to lead the planning, design, construction, and successful delivery of building projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or higher degree in engineering or another relevant professional engineering discipline from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with demonstrated leadership in managing large-scale federal or Tribal building projects
- Proven knowledge and experience in vertical construction, including design-build budgeting, phasing, and performance monitoring
Benefits
- Competitive salary: $100,000 - $120,000 a year
- Standard work hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
