Job Description
The Psychiatry Physician provides high-quality psychiatric care to eligible veterans within the MEDVAMC system, meeting or exceeding national standards established by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
Requirements
- Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology
- Must maintain current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or equivalent
- Must hold a current, full, and unrestricted license in one or more U.S. states
- Must be US Citizen
- Must pass required background investigations and comply with all VA privacy and cybersecurity training
