We are looking for a part-time student to support our fleet management team in ensuring that our locomotives arrive on time. The successful candidate will work on maintenance planning, data entry, and process optimization, and will contribute to our fleet's efficiency, reliability, and high performance.
Requirements
- Support the maintenance of, development and optimization of our IBM Maximo maintenance system
- Enter maintenance data, track assets and perform quality control and plausibility checks on our datasets
- Work on the creation, revision and update of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for logistical and technical processes in fleet management
- Prepare regular performance reports and KPIs, analyze deviations in the availability of our locomotives and support monitoring our maintenance targets
- Support our team in the day-to-day operations, for example by coordinating workshop appointments, spare parts logistics or documenting vehicle handovers
- Work closely with internal departments and external partners and ensure a smooth flow of information
