Project Manager

AKQA is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to lead teams in delivering high-impact projects, including marketing campaigns, web development, and software launches. The ideal candidate has a background in project management and technical understanding, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management within a creative agency, tech company, or digital production environment
• Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies
• Proficiency in project management software (Jira, Asana, Trello, Basecamp, or MS Project)
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards) to support project tracking, reporting, and data-driven decision-making
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), UI/UX principles, content management systems (CMS), and basic web technologies
• Familiarity with creative processes, such as video production, graphic design, and content creation workflows
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Marketing, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field
• PMP, CSM (Certified Scrum Master), or similar certification
