Senior UX Designer

We're looking for a Senior UX Designer to play a critical role in shaping end-to-end digital experiences, defining the structure, logic, and flow behind products and platforms, and working with a multidisciplinary team to bring ideas to life.

Requirements

• Lead the design of intuitive, scalable user experiences across web and digital platforms
• Translate complex requirements into clear user journeys, flows, information architecture, and interaction models
• Apply user-centred design principles, grounding decisions in research, insight, and data
• Plan and conduct user research and usability testing, synthesising findings into actionable design improvements
• Collaborate closely with designers, writers, technologists, and product teams to bring ideas to life
• Present work with clarity and confidence, articulating the rationale behind decisions
• Contribute to the overall experience vision, ensuring alignment across wider workstreams
