Legal and Privacy Counsel - Israel based

AKT Global is looking for a Legal & Privacy Counsel to handle commercial, employment, and data protection legal matters. The ideal candidate has solid experience in commercial law, corporate governance, data protection regulations, and employment law, preferably in a professional services or technology environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's law degree from a leading academic faculty, and qualification to practice law
• 4+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in an in-house counsel role
• Hands-on experience with commercial contracts and data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR)
• Relevant experience working in Professional Services, SaaS or technology environments
• Proficient in applying legal knowledge and analytical abilities to address business issues and aid in decision-making
• Strong writing, drafting, and negotiation skills
• Excellent Hebrew and English - verbal and written. Other languages are an advantage
